Power Yoga is an energetic form of yoga that will make you sweat! Connect breath to movement in this mindful class as you flow through a series of fluid postures and hold challenging poses designed to strengthen the core and tone the legs and arms. This workout is gentle, yet rigorous and helps to increase flexibility, improve posture, burn fat, build strength and reduce stress.
