Krav Maga, "contact combat", in Hebrew, is considered by many as one of the most effective self-defense systems in the world. Krav Maga training focuses on teaching simple self-protection techniques that are specifically designed for reality-based attack situations. Krav Maga training develops physical fitness, agility and self-defense prowess. Benefits include weight loss, self confidence, amazing self defense skills, endurance and power.
Level One Street Ready Program helps participants to develop their awareness and skill for common situations that occur in day to day life. For many, people 6 months of training 2 times a week is enough to be ready for the level one certification test!
